This unforgettable 2-day, 2-night desert adventure blends scenic Jeep exploration with a thrilling hike to the summit of Jebel Um Ad Dami (1,854 m). Discover stunning rock formations, ancient petroglyphs, and serene canyons during the day, then relax under the stars with Bedouin meals and hospitality by night.
Tour Highlights
Day 1:
Jeep tour to Lawrence Spring, Red Sand Dune, Khazali Canyon, Little Bridge, and Lawrence House
Traditional Bedouin lunch
Afternoon stops: Mushroom Rock, Burdah Arch viewpoint, Abu Khashaba Canyon (walk), Um Fruth Rock Bridge
Sunset at Um Sabatah
Overnight in camp, cave, or open-air with dinner
Day 2:
Sunrise and breakfast
Jeep drive to Jebel Um Ad Dami base
Guided hike to summit (2–3 hours round trip)
Nabatean dam & panoramic views (Saudi border, Red Sea on clear days)
Lunch in a quiet desert spot
Stops at Bedouin dam, Um al-Samn Rock Bridge (“the eye”), Cow Rock
Sunset at Um Sabatah
Second overnight in the desert (camp or outdoors)
Day 3:
Final sunrise, breakfast, and return to Rum Village by 8:30 AM
